      We simply ask that use your customer subscription portal to manage your order. The page link was emailed to you when you subscribed to manage your requests. Please email nicole@lovelybits.nyc should you need the link again with the title "Need Subscription Link".

      We understand circumstance can be such that you prefer a human interaction. for such, please email nicole@lovelybits.nyc to request the cancellation at the latest 24h before your shipping date to request a cancellation.
